How to find a active group 3o3 (low+/-)

I am now in a clan wich has an etpro team. The problem is, almost nobody of them are active. Now i would really like to play a lot of scrims, but mostly in teh evening after school. But how can u find an active 3o3 group wich isnt that good (low-/+), cause i dont really know friends (on xfire) who are low or guys who are active. Is there like a forum thread wich helps such ppl like me to connect?
