Choosing monitor

I wanna buy new monitor and I'm considering two iiyama models: XU2390HS-1 with IPS and X2483HSU-1 with MVA.

My first choice was the MVA-one, but today's morning I found the one with IPS panel so I canceled my previous order right after that and started thinking which is the better one. I'm not taking under consideration any other monitors, especially because iiyama's zero-bad-pixel warranty. My current monitor is BenQ FP93GP (19" MVA), so I kinda got used to MVA's negatives and adore MVA's positives, but is it really true that IPS panels are the best choice? And is it really true, that THIS iiyama is the best choice for the price (<250€)?
