need team or players

After a small break caused by renovation of my shop i am back to the game.
There are three options i am looking for:

1st the much easier one is to find a stable team i can play for.
What i expect is a team wich is reliable and somehow active. Can play up to 3 days a week. 20:00 till 0:00 CET
I prefer to play medic but can also be you eng/smg or field.

2nd one i reactivate zeroskill - but this could be more hard to realize cause of inactivity.
Here for i need some ex-members to build at least the half of the team.
After this i am willing to recruit some new players to complete the team.

3rd one is run a complete new clan with mature, reliable and experienced players.
Dont wanna run after everybody to tell him the traning time and ask he will be avi or not.

The years passed away a lot of players gone, but there is still no game around that is as good as this one. And i doubt there ever will be a better one - so i will play this one for the next 11 years or more :)
