ET/ATI -> FPS problem!

Hello!
Im back again for help, because I have a serious problem.

So basically lately, (for around 3-4days) I have this problem, that my FPS get unstable and kinda really low. 4days ago it only happened on radar (it was dropping to 80fps), then it started to happen also on Bremen + on some maps like supply/goldrush where you have long distances but only if there was smoke from smokescreen or airstrike, otherwise still stable 125... But today it fucked up completely, since I couldnt get stable FPS at freaking Adlernest or Delivery..
FPS are not like stable, but below 125, it's just unstable, even forcing it to 76fps or something didnt help, it just goes randomly up and down...

I know /r_primitives 2 helps, but I have that already for a few months. I think I was changing a few cvars recently, and I know "tramp" told me about some cvars from /pb_ that apparently helped with PBlags, but can't remember those..
Also I've changed a few things in my ATI drivers (anti-aliasing, antisotropic filtering), but I put everything into default settings and it didn't help.

I've also noticed some weird drops in CS:GO, but not sure if it was due to FPS or lags.


Is there a chance my ATI drivers could update themselves, because recently WIN7 downloaded and installed some updates, so it may happened, right? I know the newest ATI drivers fucked up my FPS in all games, so I had to reinstall them some time ago and get older version of them drivers...


I will be grateful for any help, because Im hopeless lately and I can't even nerd when Im at home...
PS: I never had any problems with FPS on any map, was playing easily with 166fps on some polish server with that cvar unlocked, without any drops..
