RtCW OSP crashing

Hi,
I have big problem with playing RtCW. I have built new pc recently and installed win 7 (had xp on old one). Every time I play or spec OSP it runs fine for like 15 minutes and then suddenly whole computer freezes, and I have to use restart button. When I switch pc back on it reports BSOD as problem. I have tried installing and playing 1.0 version of RtCW and it runs with no problem, I am having problem only with 1.4 OSP.
Does anyone know how can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.

Could be anything, already tested different binarys?
Atleast on my end shits been working fine with patched-master 1.41

Yes, I tried different rtcw installations but nothing seems to work :( . It's weird that it happens only on OSP

Probably some punkbuster issue not sure though,
pb_system 0, pb_sleep 500, shit knows..
