crosshair fix

Hello,

I'm coming back to ET for a bit and my cfg is a bit fucked, it seems my crosshair is the size and colour I want it to be but it doesn't have that dark-ish (black?) circle around it that makes it more visible, and as it's cyan it makes it harder to see it clearly.

Can anyone tell me what cvars I need to adjust to retrieve this darker surrounding circle?
