Movie was supposed to be 30 or 60 fps? Because this ugly blur (720p/60fps) is distracting. Overall nice but music is a bit too calm.

its 60 fps.you need update your graphic drivers and codecs :D i think thats why it looks shitty for you

Just tested this Handbrake tool and seems fine for me. Never experienced such smooth problems (tested x264 and x265). Ceres movie is good example of using Handbrake: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=3&v=M_snDvhxk0E
