the addon was never released but the multiplayer part of this addon was releasesd as a standalone free multiplayer game called "Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory"
Not sure if you know but 1 studio was making game called RTCW 2 (was around 2005 and was going to be made by former/current at that time nerve software employees). All i know about it comes from linkedin profile of a person hired by nerve software in the past.
