prio does the same (https://www.prnwatch.com/prio ), set pnkbstr.A/B onto different cores with affinity
or try this lagReduced pb-settings (http://cfg.wolffiles.de/?fid=39 )

This program just change priority or can run ET on single core as well?

about pbprior

on the same folder as the executable theres a file named "settings.txt" with the contents:
[Process]
Language=0
[main]
hide=1
interval=13


if this doesnt help u, post again, i still use + can upload

Nah in my setting.txt it's smth like:

[Process]
Language=rus.txt
[main]
hide=0
interval=5

and in language folder is only rus.txt

Edit:
Okay changing to 0 solve the problem thx quebratolas. Can u explain me how the program works?
