My pb/fps problem

Since yesterday I got these anoying lag spikes every second. My fps drops to 0 and then it goes back to stable 76.

I noticed That before and after my pb sends the guid and auth it's fine but when The cvarlist in console appears it freezes and starts lagging every second.
It's also causing soem kind of delay

Does anyone know how to stop tis cvarlist from showing or how to solve this problem
Already reinstalled+ done pbweb.exe several times now+spyware removed

I have fps drops after the PB initializes otself, but only for about 3-4 minutes, then it's ok.
