ITG stream

Everytime I try to watch ITG live stream http://www.stickam.com/profile/insidethegame it lags like hell :x Any hints on how to fix this? I'm @ 10mbit connection.

EDiT: Audio is fine most of the time but video is still lagged like hell :X
