just buy a new graficcard, there is no solutions to get ur fps stable and good if u have bad grafic

i buyed a good Graphic-card i increased it with 50 but for the money i gave to the card, it sux, i payed around 400 euro's (inc. new cooler)

but i still play on a intel celeron
