cg_autoaction 0?

I've had the command "cg_autoaction 0" in my config for some time now. But lately it has given me a value of "7", which means demo recording, screenshots etc. I find this very annoying, and I'm wondering if anyone else have the same problem? I usually do /record when I want to take a demo :)
