question,

how can i transfer hard disk space from one partition to another (for instance from C:\ to G:\ ect) i need to make my extra partition spacer so i can put all music and stuff on it before format.

would only cause it to use more space for the directory inodes :P

please do not use partition magic and get a live CD of GParted or QTParted ...

i dont know this one but G/QTParted are much much better than evrything else and at least its free
