Scripting nd tweaking

Can some1 give me a good site for scripting and tweaking? I've got some sites but can t seem to find sites where i can find stuff too move the mini map nd stuff like that...
I need a site where u can see bout everything u can change so i can change the lay-up of my screen-.- It's very anoying to have to see the mini map nd the time nd the text of ppl getting killed nd stuff is @ the wrong place in my screen cause of a pc-format..... Also the text msges of ppl getting killed come out too slow. I know there are ways to change all of this but forgot the cmnds and the sites-.-
