Need correct drivers?

When i format my pc, i instal the normal drivers for my 6600gt vidcard. But my ET is still lagging when i come outside, inside the fps is good. Can someone tell me how to fix this crap shit.

lower all the AA and AF settings on your driver

try what Sheep said if it wont work try something like aTuner no its not like rivatuner
if it then wont work format again that will help.
