megui settings

can anybody help me with these?!

I am making a clip and the quality before compression (0.98gb) is very nice but after I encode in megui with HQ-Insane or something with 3750 bitrate, it looks alot worse :S

ofcourse it looks worse, it's called 'compression'! just use the right settings and knowledge to make it look less worse, but you will NEVER end up with the same quality.
