cl_maxpackest problems

Hi... i got some probs with my Cl_maxpackest, when i enter in the game i see my packest and they are lock at 40, i make the command to put them at 100 and they don't change... if anyone knows what is happening plz help me! :<

it's server, you cant put higher than 40(in outher servers you can)

40 or 61 maxpackets with a 16000 rate, works fine if you want some whine from the other side.
