need a tool to capture et demos to .avi

hello

i just tried to capture my et-demos with the newest version of fraps but then there is the fraps link in the files:(
then i tried an older version that is cracked but i dont like the quality there :)

somebody maybe have the crack for the newest version or knows a better tools that is maybe freeware?
