High FPS-configs

I'm in deep need of high fps because I only got like 35 max at gold and radar, 50 max at braun 'nd stuff.
It's partly my PC but I'd like to try some cfg's with high FPS so if you guys could be so friendly and give me some I'll give you guys e-hugs and e-kisses.
First prize is a cookie (!!!!!1!!1)

I doubt he has the best config for fps, but I gotta admit that its one of the most ugliest configs ive seen. sol's config is even worse though.

sheeps r_texturemode takes away fps, so its not the best config for high fps

Check my specs :(, it has to be the best ;). Put some time into finding the right cvar's 'n stuff so...

turn off Anti-Aliaising, lower your r_mode etc

just out of interest, which configuration do you use?
I get stable 125 fps on almost all maps and without a special tweaked config on my XP2000+ and a GeForce4 ti 4200
