Razer Barracuda Problem (Need answer fast)

Hi. I'd love to make this short and sweet so here I go. I bought Razer Barracuda HP-1 Gaming Headphones for 130$ yesterday and absolutely NO sound is coming out. I tried the USB adapter, the audio sound card lines, I updated my drivers, Rolled them back, I mean everything. I have a creative soundblaster X-FI sound card.

just take them to the shop and they will replace it for you, next time check in the store that the stuff you buy are working
