i didnt watch the clip but i cant tell you from pic and what you wrote that:
a) blur is flawed
b) you should crop instead of resize
c) you should lower fov a lot, i'm guessing you used 120? bg

thats because you are recording at fullscreen 0 and that part of the "error" isnt on your screen when recording
