need help

Since i’m using Windows Vista ET doesn’t work any more.
Whenever I'm trying to connect to a server, I'm getting this error:
Game code(ui_mp_x86.dll) failed Pure Server check

I tried to start Vista as the admin and running it compatibly to XP.
