kicked by pb

every time i join one server i get kicked by punkbuster: "server disconnected- has been kicked via punkbuster (for 0 minutes) Restriction: service abnormality"
anyone know how i fix it? i have windows vista.

i have tryed that many times but it dont work! i have oppdated pb to but i still get kicked:S

i had it when norton was blocking the pb services!

looked through the running services on norton and allowed the pnkbstra and b files to access the internet! But i think you may have a different prob.
