SOund wtf?

ok, well I yesterday, was playing ET for abit on and off, then decided to go back on it and when i did, some reason when i typed a message i couldnt see it; but other people could, also when i said a voice command i couldnt hear or see.

So i tryed setting cg_noVoiceChats and cg_noVoiceText both to "0" as they should be, which for some reason i dont know why they had mesteriously changed to "1".

But changing them to "0" doesnt make any difference, now hitsounds and everything else i can hear perfect just these voice commands and text?

Any suggestions, please ;<.
