Need help with my movie :)

I hope u all know the nice movie from Parodia/Zaigon. As u can see , just the frags are shown as popups.

I really like it and I want to have this in my movie too. But I really don't know how to do this. There is no config command imo.

Can someone plz explain me how to do this?
