Recruiting low+/med

I've made a clan with my friend I, i'm low+ and hes med- so we are recruiting low+/med ppl, We don't have ANY members, we only have some ppl that wants a tryout. We are recruiting sireus players which have scrim experience, and doesnt whine & hack.
Our clan has already a server & Teamspeak! So we are ready to own
Our clan is ALL based from 3on3 up to 6on6

Thats the only disadvantage of ventrilo (you need the same version as server)

- 3 sec delay
- Bad Sound Quality
- Every retard in the channel uses Voice activation which causes noise that makes you unable to understand a single word.
VENT > TS
2) Ts sound quality is rly more understandable
3) almost nobody use voice activation on ventrilo (wich is possible on ts too) and ventrilo have a really buggy voice activation
+ There is 4 diferent version
+ you loose your passwords each times you change version
So rly TS > vent even if my team use vent :(
Indeed, thats why ventrilo sound is much more understandable!
+ You can change quality in options or decrease delay ...
I prefer decreased delay as it is still understandable and its faster which is great for wars
