nocdkey :o

When i connect to a gameserver i get kicked for 6 min. because i got a empty cd key or something and that isn't allowed

What does this mean?
And how can i solve this problem?

when i do /pb_cdkeyreg punkbuster cliënt says: Failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com

normally when i reinstalled ET /pb_cdkeyreg works :s
