I don't think you got the right idea about this. These bans shouldn't have been removed. I'm not saying miTTi is a cheater but he must have had something or done something that caused the ban (and for all we know he actually tried a cheat, there is no way to verify this). Most of the guys on that list are players with a past as cheater, amongst them are for example community members of Cheaters Utopia who openly admitted to having tested eth32 and posted screenshots of it - being this multihack number.

Actually I never tried them. It were the things bulldog sent me and I couldnt use them anyway. It were ET bots which needed auth or smth, so I couldnt use them in no way. Now please leave it!

If one guy can prove it was a false positive for him they apparently remove all the bans, even if the 99 others are cheaters. A reasoning that doesn't make much sense to me.
