- skill: min. med+ (damn ET skill system, just read on...)
- will to play as a top team
- active in cups and leagues
- active during the week (train, funwars, etc.)
- certain amount of maturity and a good behaviour
- tenacity (don't hibernate after 2 weeks... maybe after a year or so :D)
- fun ingame
