What are we looking for?

What should that team look like?
- with known and experienced players in
- skilled enough to get a direct invite or win quali against any of those "EC skilled" teams filled with unknowns whose oldest entry at yawn is 6 months old
- mature players
- english speaking

His gamesense is great - he won't get himself killed stupidly for fullspawn or on a bad position where he can't be revived which means that he's always there to help the team when needed. In combination with his good aim this makes him a player who can hold his position when his teammates are dead. But not only these are things that make him a worthy addition to any team - he knows how to use a needle too! He doesn't whine. He's very active and willing to do a lot for the team if that means winning.

Other:
Decent aim, decent gamesense. Perfect knowledge of the game - very effective playing style. Damage dealer. I can find a way how to backrape enemy in every situation xD. Just a smartass. I can get as much from my position as possible. I whine sometimes (like saying "lol") but I'm never bitching after loosing - to be honest I don't mind losing at all.
I'm "zerender-type" which means that I won't/can't play the game more than 3 times a week so a backup position is ok for me.
