eChaoZ Cups again

After 2nd edition of eChaoZ Cups, we will launch the 3rd edition, now hosted at ClanBase.
You got 4 days to regist and the cup will begin in the same 27th August, and will extend long in some week, and naturaly, will exist a groups phase and a playoffs phase.
