ESL restarts ETQW-Section

After some time where ET:QW wasnt present at the ESL, they've decided to give it a second try. Within the new year, the ESL will start a Cup named "Welcome 2009 Cup". The Cup will be played in 4on4. They are planning with 16 teams. If the Cup is full, there will be a groupstage first and a double elimination tournament as playoff.
