NBS ETPro Public #3 update

NBS server #3 has been taken over by me and I've made some changes which I hope you will like.
The server has been particularly full since the last 2 weeks and I'm really thrilled to share the news to the people who haven't had the chance to test it yet!
Most of you might think that this server is like *BiO, you're not far from the truth. I've taken a bit of the *BiO setting and applied them to this server.
