CB ET flex the rules

Yesterday, ClanBase announced the 5v5 ladder which would tie in with the upcoming 5v5 OpenCup. Now, new rules have been issued that will alter the way 5v5 is played to ensure those missing the extra player aren't thrown straight into the deep end.

Noteable changes include the complete removal of mortar for 5v5 competition matches, player substitutions being allowed ingame and flexible map lists for ladders.
