Voters were asked to select the top 5 medics , top 5 Field ops and riflers. Players were awarded points respectively for where they finished on that list. The point scale was from 10 (1st) to 2 (5th) for the medic and smg invidual rankings and in the other rankings.
Players were not allowed to vote for members of their own team, and any votes for teammates were removed.

What if you think that a certain player is the best, but somehow he is in your team? So you have to vote for someone you dont think is the best player out there...
And you shouldnt have involved aiming in fop and medic-skill.

and the other problem is that you can't vote your teammates, like people already mentioned above
