While leveling grab any mining/herb node you see and skin everything.
Or just the plain old buy low sell high.
I've made about 500 in roughly 30 minutes.
Personally I don't even know where most my money came, I guess AH. Record (even though it's low by some standards) 14k. Just bought Alchemy.
