Pussywhipped, underachieving science teacher turns 50 and discovers he has terminal lung cancer. The need to provide for his family after his death (and a mild midlife crisis) turns him to cooking crystal meth with a former student. Shit goes from bad to worse all the time and it's pretty hilarious how he tries (and often succeeds) to keep up appearances.
The episodes are a bit slow at times and not all the actors are as good as the main protagonists (Bryan Cranston is awesome), but it's a really refreshing, finite show between all the audience-driven garbage like Lost and Prison Break.

smallville is just great... watched only 2 seasons, but its addictive as hell... great love story till now, and i like this alternation of superman universe...

from what it looks, the series has gone into real fame in it's first seasons, i remember hearing about it a lot, but now, it's gone, haven;t heard a single word about this series for years
could have at least explained a little...them been dead makes NO sense (though, they weren't dead since jake's father said all the yexperienced was real)
then how can u explain all those after life and them escaping the island, and having a different lifes? and desmond and his anti electricity thing? and penny's father (forgot name) who was trying to reach the island with his crew? it doesn't make a little bit of sense at all
