"Hello!
i have a problem with my Master account, the aion account was reseted by ncsoft because someone wanted to hack my AION account, and they also reseted my master...
I had a conversation with the support team and the last mail was " please send us a new email adresse, to update your account! I did!
Since yesterday 14.30 no one is answering on my mail.....?
What to do? "
That was in the first journal!
NOW if I make a new Ticket they always say " This Ticket allready exist, please contact us over the other Ticket" IF I contact them no one answer....
I am waiting allready 3 days for there help....
What can I do vs these fuckers????

its a support mate, it would be some minor miracle if it would take less than a week.
And i dont think anyone on here is part of the NCSoft staff so whats the purpose of this journal?
but my question remains:
why are you playing Aion?
the time needed to level is intense!
the quests are boring.
the world is tiny.
there are nearly no dungeons.
the PvP is weird and not balanced.
so why not WoW?
Waiting for Guildwars 2 and there is no other nice role playing game...
I dont like WoW
