Your point isn't valid to my eyes because Europe conquered many territories all across the world, during centuries and centuries. This is a fact that cannot be denied. Then you can't tell them to stay away, they are part of the European countries. Plus that would be impossible and irrational to prevent people from moving from one country/continent to an other one nowadays...
