so??? all you see there is a registered account, just like accounts here, an id and a name, thats it.

means that chaplja does not ban slac-banned-users from his site yet, or the guy just had a new ip, thats enough to CREATE a new account.

What for? The person has linked their CB account with their SLAC guid, so they can be CB banned. The person has socially connected his CF and CB accounts so the CF account gets banned too. There's no need for you to know their IP.

couldn't you include an option on the slac site to add cb/esl/cf accounts, which will then be checked with help of ip matching for it they are theirs?

after the first guys voluntarily supply the site with their account informations, other accounts with non added data could be checked for ip match and then added also, so all that doesn't have to be done right after ban.

also, you could check if a account 'maus' on the slac site is the real maus on cb/cf

did you get my point?

I think such a system would be very hard to implement though ; (

cf could start something, like add their slac guid to profile and then by using YAE/Yawn you can see the SLAC Guid on that.

Kinda useless. For a start most people wouldn't add their accounts, because there is literally no point. If you force it, then that would mean people need a CB account to play with slac on a public, which is retarded. At the end of the day, cheaters wouldn't add CB accounts anyway and would still have to be tracked manually. All it is though is taking some IPs and cross-referencing them.
