Nowadays I've seen lots of advertising for the football broadcasts when I watch some NBA streams. Has it always been like that or is the interest and broadcast increasing?

hmmm i would have to say increasing, all depends where the tv is broadcasting. I live in the west coast of canada and only thing I ever see here is english premier league highlights and some games early in the mornings.
