Well, its really cheap source of protein besides whey and it tastes good with some spices. Im waiting for Christmas and ham-eating though, dont even want to see a chicken during that time :D

as long as youre not trying to lose body fat you need more carbs to build strong muscles

+ the school meal is always kind of a "carb bomb".

its actually important to have a lot of carbs after training and all through the day
like rice or pasta. if it doesnt make u gain any fat i think you will get better results from your training
