My list:
Breakfast:
4 rye breads with boiled egg slices, ham, cucumber slices
Whey drink (44g prot)
Lunch: (usually its the meal the uni offers to us but had only school till 9 am)
150g chicken breast
100g cottage cheese
Some potatos
3dl milk
Whey drink after workout (33g prot)
Post-workout meal:
200g chicken strips

as long as youre not trying to lose body fat you need more carbs to build strong muscles
+ the school meal is always kind of a "carb bomb".
like rice or pasta. if it doesnt make u gain any fat i think you will get better results from your training
