nah, all i found so far for windows its paid software, and its way worse than that, with what i have on my linux i can do many effects, this cube is only one.

edit: its a bit full of symbols, but imagine that i had all those shortcuts on my desktop before!
edit2: the dock only appears if you move the mouse cursor to the top of the screen and disappears if you move it away.
