Problem to unrar RTCW

So yeah, basicly the title says all. I have no idea how to unrar it (never did it before in any files), also i'm really rusty about installing stuff on my computer, had difficulties to install 2.60b.. would like to have some help about it, preferably someone who have the patience to use TeamViewer, a french guy will be better, since my whole comp is in french, i also can translate everything you wanna know..

Back in middle school we had some European culture enrichment program called Comenius that involved flying retards from various European countries to visit ours and vice versa, government funded of course (what else could you spend all that tax money on?!).

So we got these French kids to our school, most of them spoke little to none English and they didn't seem to understand any of it either. Also they struggled with common tasks like eating, walking around and sitting on a public seat.

extract with winrar/7-zip/similar program to wherever.

tu met le fichier rar sur ton bureau et le fous dans un dossier puis tu vas dans le dossier (qui est sur ton bureau). Tu as le fichier rar. tu fais clic droit dessus puis extraire ici. Puis après bah tu lances l'exécutable.

3. place .rar to new folder
4. right mouse click on .rar
5. extract here

just download winrar, isntall it and mouse click on the .rar file and click extract here

Well no idea, when i want to put my files in a new folder, it says the files doesn't exist or its unable to put it there. I tried to reinstall RTCW and it says MEGAUPLOAD couldn't download it anymore due to too many factors.
