I don't agree with you. Public is for fun, and if the dude is having fun this way, it's all up to him.

Of course, you can have fun this way but imo, the fun comes from the fact that you give "MUTLIFULL WITH PANZER AHAH THEY MAD". This is just an egoist behaviour for me, you can have fun with fair kills ; plus spawnkilling panzas make people egoquit, which is never good for the game...
