Adlernest_b1 RTCW out

After spending a lot of time on it, i finally succeeded in converting adlernest for rtcw. Spendeded around 40 hours or more on the map.

Changes with et:

- door controls are replaced with courtyard door controls (if you explode it with dynamite) and will only open courtyard door
- the teamdoors are still there and everybody can run through them
- on pipes we have a new dynamitable objective (same as door controls but its called pipe door controls) and will open basement door if you explode it)

- spawntimes are 30 / 30 (so allies have changed from 20 -> 30)

i rly think this map is playable

test it out with me and friends here: 188.72.225.54:27995 (you can connect from 1.0 and 1.4)
