IFMA European Cup Germany 2011 11-13.03, four guys from my club starting compete in this tournament, anyone of you know if there is some online stream of it? damn hungry to some of the fights! cheers

What's the difference between muay thai and K1? im not rly into this shit but if its on tv i want to watch it ;)

knees and elbows are allowed and it's way more aggresive

im doing fine, training after training hard workout giving me more fun than pain, it's amazing sport :)

knees are allowed in the K1 aswell ;) I remember Sem Schild winning the K1 some years ago with a knockout in the 1st round in like 30 seconds due to a knee to the chin : D
