No, it's Bialystok (north-eastern Poland). They're standing on Golebiewski Hotel.I think it's closer to 100 meters than 200, I can see this building from my window very clearly :D

well i once smoked it in class, because we had this teacher who was a complete retard, and he wouldn't even figure out if somebody left the class during the lesson, i only did it in order to see if he would notice, but he didn't
