at your country its also forbidden to smoke a joint a drive. If you get caught driving within 48 hours in Germany you'll be taken to court. Happend to a friend of mine.

in France, it would have been 6 months at least, especially for "young drivers" + going over again theory and final exam, and in case of repeat offence, it's jail

The ticket read (roughly translated): 'Even when standing still it is forbidden to use a phone or any other device while the motor is running'
